ACES VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY – Terms & Conditions

1.Registration & Fees

• All registrations are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

• Participants are not permitted to attend any training session until payment has been completed.
• Payments may be made via credit/debit card, online bank transfer, cash, or post-dated cheque (PDC) payable to Aces Volleyball Academy.
• Once payment is processed, registrations are final and non-cancellable, except where explicitly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Refund Policy

• All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds shall be issued for sessions cancelled due to circumstances beyond the academy’s control, including but not limited to:
  • adverse weather conditions
  • venue unavailability or maintenance
  • public, national, or religious holidays
  • pandemics or government regulations
  • force majeure events
• In such cases, Aces Volleyball Academy may, at its discretion:
  • offer a replacement session
  • reschedule the session at the same or an alternative venue
  • provide a credit to be used within the same or following term
• Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures.

3.Health, Safety & Medical Authorization

• Parents/guardians confirm that the participant is medically and physically fit to take part in sports training.

• Participation in academy activities is at the participant’s own risk.‍

• In the event of illness or injury during training, parents/guardians authorize Aces Volleyball Academy to seek emergency medical assistance if deemed necessary.
• Any medical costs incurred shall remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

4.Liability Waiver

• Aces Volleyball Academy, its staff, coaches, and venue partners shall not be held liable for:
  • personal injury
  • illness
  • loss or damage to personal belongings
• Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the participant to another individual or to academy property.

5. Makeup Sessions

• Makeup sessions may be offered only in cases of illness or injury.
• A valid medical certificate from a recognized healthcare provider must be submitted.
• Makeup sessions must be:
  • requested in advance
  • scheduled through the academy administration
  • completed within the same term
• The academy reserves the right to assign the date, time, and location of makeup sessions.
• Missed makeup sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Conduct & Discipline

• Aces Volleyball Academy maintains a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants.
• The academy enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward:
  • bullying
  • harassment
  • aggressive or disruptive behavior
• The academy reserves the right to remove any participant or parent/guardian whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
• Removal due to misconduct will result in immediate termination of participation, with no refund or credit issued.

7. Program Capacity & Changes

• Enrollment is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The academy reserves the right to:
  • adjust schedules
  • change venues
  • merge or cancel groups
  • modify programs where minimum enrollment numbers are not met

8. Photography & Media Consent

• By attending training sessions or events, parents/guardians grant Aces Volleyball Academy permission to photograph and record participants.
• Such media may be used for:
  • marketing
  • promotional materials
  • social media
  • internal academy use
• No compensation shall be provided, and no ownership rights over such media are claimed by participants or parents.

9. Academy Rights

• Aces Volleyball Academy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued participation following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
